There is a shipping charge of $10.00 for each modem, and we can pre configure the modem before shipment. Qwest can rent you the Actiontec GT701 single Ethernet port for $5.00 per month or a 2-Wire - Wireless DSL modem for $8.00 per month. Qwest charges a shipping and handling fee of $9.99 charged to your Qwest account. Modem rental charges continue until modem returned.
